Restaurant Laboratory

  • Cleaning Science & Stewarding in Sustainable Practice

SEMESTER 2

  • Academic Communication Skills

  • Managing Diversity in the Global Workplace
  • Marketing for the Hospitality Industry
  • Consumer Behavior
  • Fundamentals of Data Analysis & Visualization
  • Professional English (as per tested level) or Foreign Language
  • (French or Spanish is normally offered to Chinese students while international students study Mandarin)

SEMESTER 3: INTERNSHIP (4-6 MONTHS)

For this first internship, you will put into practice the basics you have learned during the program on campus. This professional experience also gives you an opportunity to explore your career goals.

SEMESTER 5: INTERNSHIP (4-6 MONTHS)

The aim of the second internship is to allow you to develop your understanding of management roles within the hospitality workplace. Students who successfully complete this program can either start their career at this point or continue towards the Bachelor Degree.
