The 12^th edition of the China Art Festival, a comprehensive cultural and artistic event, was held successfully from 20^th May to 2^nd of June 2019. This event which is co-sponsored by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the Shanghai Municipal government showcased stage-art performances, exhibitions of fine arts, calligraphy, seal cutting, as well as photography and expositions of performing arts and creative products. The festival also included a variety of art forms such as opera, chamber music, dancing, painting, sculpture and photography.

Les Roches Jin Jiang International Hotel Management College is proud to be invited by the organizers as volunteers for this unique artistic event. 7 students from LRJJ (Lu Jiahao, Li Mingkai, Zhang Jinxuan, Le Mingze, Wu Jiayu from OHP1, Jiang Jiayi, Lu Jiamin from HPP) were selected to assist the guest reception work at Shanghai Huting Hotel.

These students gave up their weekend and devoted themselves for the 12^th edition China Art Festival assisting at the reception handling guests’ registrations and inquiries. During the event, they actively engaged and gave out promotional peripherals as well as assisting their supervisors with ushering the delegates of various ministries and commissions, accompanying famous old artists who turn-up early showing great hospitality and convenience for them. Our students were highly praised for their initiative and professional service performances by the reception supervisors from the organizing committee.
